إن هذه الرؤية تجاه الكورد ومستقبل سوريا موضعُ سرور وترحيب من قبلنا، ونأمل بأن تكون بداية لتصحيح مسار التاريخ وإنهاء الممارسات الخاطئة والمجحفة التي كانت تُرتَكَب بحق الشعب الكوردي في سوريا.
إن مثل هذا المنظور يمثل منطلقاً يمهّد لبناء سوريا قوية، ويجب على الكورد والعرب وجميع مكونات سوريا الأخرى اغتنام هذه الفرصة للمشاركة معاً في بناء سوريا مستقرة وحرّة وديمقراطية.
