‏فتوى من المرجع الأكبر للطائفة العلوية بتحريم تسليم السلاح للهيئة وتحريم دخول عناصر الهيئة لمناطق العلويين .
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد الصادق الامين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .
فتوى صادرة سماحة الشيخ الجليل العارف بالله العلامة:
“محمد بن عبدالله بن علي بن داوود بن حسن بن داوود الريحاني”
سليل المشايخ الاطهار من آل داؤود في لواء اسكندرون تركيا .

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
{{وقاتلوهم حتى لا تكونَ فتنةٌ ويكونَ الدينُ لله فإن انتهوا فلا عدوانَ إلا على الظالمين}}
فتوى شرعية:
– يحرم تحريماً شرعياً على كل العلويين في سوريا -ممن يملكون سلاحاً- تسليم سلاحهم لأي جهة كانت وأياً كانت.
– يحرم تحريماً شرعياً دخول عناصر ما يسمى {{هيئة تحرير الشام}} إلى قرى او بلدات العلويين الا بإذن السادة مشايخ العلويين في تلك القرى والبلدات.
قال الله تعالى في كتابه العزيز:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
{{وجاهدوا في الله حق جهاده هو اجتباكم وما جعل عليكم في الدين من حرج}} صدق الله العظيم. الحج ٧٨

-أيها الأخوة في سورية الحبيبة؛
مددنا يدنا لنصافحهم اخوة لنا في دين الله وكتاب رسوله فأبوا علينا حقن دمائنا وامعنوا في إذلال ابنائنا. فما انتهوا ولا إلى ربهم تابوا. بل زادوا في ظلمهم وعتيهم. فكانوا اشدّ طغيانا من بشار البائد. فلا قيادتهم نهتهم ولا هي حاسبتهم. فمن يدفع الظلم عن المظلومين إلا جندُ الرحمن الذين نذروا ارواحهم في سليل الحق مبتغاة ارضاء الله جل في علاه؟!!.
إن العائلة الأسدية أذاقت العلويين الويلات من فقر وظلم وتهميش وتشبيح. واليوم يقوم شبيحة الجولاني بإكمال ما لم ينهه شبيحة الأسد. فعاثوا فساداً وغالوا في طغيانهم. ظناً منهم مخطئين أننا منهم خائفين. فإننا نُشهِدُ الله لان سكوتنا ليس خوفاً ولا حباً بمتاع الدنيا البائدة كنظام الأسد البائد. بل هي محاولة منا لردم مستنقع قد يغرق البلاد بالدم. والله شاهد على ما في القلوب.
الله أكبر على كل ظالم تجبر.

    what if you added a little content? I am not suggesting your information is not good., but what if you
    added a post title that makes people want more?
    I mean المرجعية العلوية تُحرم تسلم
    السلاح – مؤسسة نودم الاعلامية is kinda vanilla.
    You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create article titles to get viewers to open the links.
    You might add a video or a picture or two to grab readers interested
    about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your website
    a little bit more interesting.
